Default New rail are on.

Here are some pics of the new rails I made installed. Now all I need is the bumpers.

they look good, do you still have the other ones, did you ever think about a brace to weld to the frame for the other ones, kind of like hoggstatus rails.....the other ones really looked cool to me, might have to come by to see how they look on big red

I tried those, but when you remove the factory mount to install new mounts there is a split seem on the bottom of the rails. It makes them really weak. You are better starting from scratch or leaving the stock ones alone or you end up like this

Those rails look badass, and those welds are perfect! HEMI build..... damn your jeep is going to be a monster.

I promised the wife I would wait 2 summers of trail riding & camping before the Hemi conversion. Plus it gives me plenty of time to gather up all the stuff I need to do it myself. Or maybe give this jeep to the wife and buy a J8 Wrangler with a Hemi already in it
