We finished. Total time was about 5-5.5 hours. You were pretty close on your estimate.
Relatively straight forward install. Only trouble we had were 1. not enough slack in the brake lines. We end up removing the calibers just to get the springs in. and 2. the front LCA were a pain.
Only took it for a short drive around the neighborhood. Steering wheel is not centered and could feel a bit of vibration, possibly the drive line. Not sure if we got the LCA length right or not. A little more work to do.
2.5" in front, 3" in rear.
Pics tomorrow. My wife says we have to go to dinner with friends now.

Did you wait to torque the suspension until the jeep was on its own weight?
