I'm pretty sad that I can't make it because Rubicon is on my bucket list. If only you were doing it the next weekend then I could go to keep an eye on you guys and provide cookies

When you say diff covers are required... I'm assuming you mean some more beefed up than the stock rubicon dana 44 diff covers? or do you think they'd be okay?

Do JK's not come with 'thick' covers up front? Older Jeep's (CJ's and FSJ's) came with front covers that were significantly thicker than the rear covers. These held up quite well to rocks and the like.
Although it would not surprise me if Chryco cheaped out and used sheet metal for the cover.
Or, it could be Dave trying to drum up sales :P

By diff covers you mean to replace the existing stock JK covers with ticker ones? Or just add reinforcements?
