Just ran Slick Rock on sat. There was a good bit of snow right at the beginning just past Lake Alpine campground and before the blue cabin. Little concerned at first but snow was only in 10-30ft long sections and had deep compacted ruts. Added to the fun. Doubt it will be there next week. Very little snow elsewhere. There were a few groups of vehicles, mostly jeeps there. The Ladder was the only place we encountered anyone on the trail. Didn't see anyone at all on the return run from Utica. Lots of people camped near Utica area. We camped on the Lake Alpine side, just past the trees. In the exact site we camped at last june with Hayward/Mindy and Ron/Joy. We were the only people camping anywhere on the Alpine side. Lots of standing water. Fun time to run the trail. Thinking about running it again with you guys this weekend. Not sure yet.
We attempted to run Corral Hollow today. Made it little less than a mile in then snow just kept going. Probably could have made it little farther but didn't see the point since we were alone

yeah I thought about just driving it, but didn't like the idea of going super slow on the highway. worried someone would come flying around a turn and smash me.
