Any more snow rides in January or February?
Does anyone else use or know about meetup.com?
No, it's not a dating site. The SJOC (Seattle Jeep / Offroad Club) on there I believe is trying to put together a run to Tahuya on Saturday 1/5. I just joined and it looks like they have a pretty good following, but I've never run with them (yet).
I'm going to skip it because I'm still waiting to get my lift and new tires installed...I'm afraid my stock tires wouldn't be much fun for what is likely to be a very muddy/sloppy/slushy run.

Sounds like a good idea! Can we create our own meetings there? We could make one or the PNW group. ;-)
Re: meetup.com, sure, anyone can make a group. The SJOC group has a lot of events, though, check 'em out. Looks like they're open to suggestions, and they have pretty good attendance for the meetups they've done. Not all of 'em live in Seattle...they're from all over.
Yes, Denny Creek / Tinkham Road is just before the top of the pass, while heading East. They are just forest service roads but have several feet of snow on them right now, which makes it challenging.
I forgot the Seahawks playoff game is Sunday though, so I'm not heading out there this weekend.
