How many in Wa running stingers
I live in Oregon and go to Vancouver, WA a lot as my parents live there. Neither state has given me issues. Even had some cops stop me and ask me about the bumper in both states.
Technically: But I doubt they enforce this RCW
(1) The body, fenders, and bumpers shall be maintained without protrusions which could be hazardous to pedestrians. In addition, the bumpers shall be so attached and maintained so as to not protrude beyond the original bumper line.
