Man that's a horrible story. Seems like the friend had a tough choice to make and will probably never be the same!

Am I the only one here that doesn't feel bad? Sounds like a couple of drunk knuckleheads running solo in the middle of the night. Like there was a deer, really? And why did this guy walk all the way to carbonado? There are no less than a half dozens homes up past the Y where it turns to gravel... And the guy knew he'd have to hoof it quite a ways, why not try some basic first aid before hitting the road?
I've got to lean towards a Darwin Award on this story.

I think there is more to the story than we are getting.

Hope it does not cause Evans to be closed.

I feel bad that anyone dies, regardless if it was from their bad decisions. I know I made my fair share. I'm glad I never had one come back and bite me in the ass. I was very lucky many times.

I did think, wtf was he doing offroading at 1am? I feel bad for his friend knowing that he lived and his friend died. That's gonna be a lot of guilt to deal with.
