Default Mobile mechanic in the Everett area?

A friend of a friend has a older TJ that needs a good going over (120K mi or so, little or no PM, so I'm told). My friend wanted to know if I knew anyone that could be trusted to come out, take a look & do the minimum reasonable work necessary to keep this running. Work must be done on site so hoping there may be some mobile mechanic services around. Sorry but I have no definite info on the vehicle's condition other than that it's currently being driven occasionally. I think _my_ friend is just being cautious & wanting some work done before _his_ friend ends up stuck somewhere.

Sorry if this is confusing but like I said, just trying to help if I can by hooking him (them) up. I'm told the vehicle is in the Everett WA area.

Thanks!

Not sure anything you've said requires the services of a formal mechanic... Why not just have any of us come out and poke at it with a wrench?
Is this for a pending sale or something ?

Thanks for responding.
I think it's more about potential liability & all that.
A lot of folks I know won't work on someone else's vehicle unless they're family or very close friends.
