New guy here.
Hello everyone. After many years without a Jeep (I sold my 87 YJ in 96, when I was starting a family), I am back in the fold. I purchased a new JKL Black Ops Edition three weeks ago.
I just got back from my first real run at Tayuha. I met two black Rubi JKL's on the trail, one had a jk-forum northwest decal. I think he said his name was Jeff.
Anyway, I had a blast, first time I've been off-road in almost fifteen years. I look forward to exploring more of the Great Northwest and meeting other NW Jeep owners. All my experience with my first Jeep was in the Southeast. Actually though, Tayuha reminded me a lot of my old stomping grounds (especially the south loop).
I knew I was going to love having a Jeep again, but it has already exceeded my expectations. I'm a very happy camper right now.

This is one sweet place to learn from!!! I had a TJ prior to this. If you want to chop your fenders let me know... I have a garage and tools and just finished mine. I also have a ton of fender trim left over... It was about 45 bucks for the stuff I bought... I am guessing i have enough to do about 3 more JK's

Bring some

and I will grill and we will chop whatever you want
