I am not going to be able to make it, but it looks like you should be snow free. Appears the chance of snow is being pushed to Saturday night and into Sunday. Have a fun, safe trip and dress warm, the high temp is supposed to be in the mid 40's and lows in the mid 30's.

Hopefully we will get to enjoy some of the fall colors still!
Gary or anyone let us know if you be joining for sure, otherwise we won't stop in Northbend.

Two more
Hello fellow off-roaders!
I will be joining you guys with a friend (2 jeeps) for this run if you don't mind.
I run a stock Rubicon JKU Hard Rock.
I can meet you in NB @ 8:45.
How do we do this? Need to bring anything? Food, drinks? Just asking, new to this :-)

Anyone have a chain saw?
I've got a neighbor I'm trying to talk into coming as well.
Edit: I thought I would dig around one more time for a recent trail report. I found one from August this year that stated "the trail is a bit more technical than Fortune Creek, and Hawkins Mt Mine." - Good! I wouldn't want anyone to get bored.
Also, If you Geocache, there is one up here to be found!

How strict is this group about the "JK"?
I have a couple other folks from work joining, one of them runs an FJ.
Also, I have been to Fortune Creek twice this year and was in great shape, but not recently.

We don't care who drives what. Just like getting out in a group and enjoying some trails. Know that the FJ will likely be teased about having no removable top, or doors. Just kidding.
Like any trail run with any group, just be certain the equipment is in top running condition.
The more the merrier!
