I have a soft top with tinted windows that I will never use. If someone wants it in the NW PM me and we can make a deal. The top looks brand new, never installed it.

 

IMO (and that's all it is) a softop keeps most the weather out and that's it. The security is on par with having nothing.

Hardtop can be stored vertical on a homemade dolly for little $.

I'd hold on to hard top for one season just to be sure and maybe start searching eharmony for a hardtop storage facility other then parents. That's a joke.
