So ladies and gentleman, who's doing what this weekend? Some of us were talking about doing Elbe this weekend in another thread, there are rumors of snow coming to a mountain near us. Any thoughts? It's been forever since anyone on this forum has planned a run. Let's do this!

***update 11/13***

Plan is to meet at enumclaw Safeway 9am Saturday
Run FS roads over pyramid pass and upto moon rocks. Play around then decide how to come home based on everyone's input and conditions.
Bring warm clothes and food. It's gonna be cold

I'm planning a run to Tahuya on Saturday. Never been there, and am trying to get a friend or two with new Jeeps, to experience their first off-roading.

I can appreciate that. Tahuya is a great place for beginners. With that said, I am not going to Tahuya. I've been there too much. I always end up trying the harder obstacles and usually break or bend something in the process. My thoughts were.... I'm open to other suggestions.
Elbe
Evan's Creek (might get some snow)
Gallagher head (should have snow)
Naches Wagon Trail (should have snow, the west side closes Nov15th so it'd have to be a Friday night run)
Pyramid pass over to Naches, hall balls to Moon Rocks (most likely will have snow)

So Naches isn't open on Saturday? Bummer! I was thinking about one last trip over but I guess I was thinking about the dates wrong. It's not open through the 15th - it closes on the 15th correct?

You are correct - I misunderstood. Glad I didn't drive all the way up there!
