okay ... if there was camping i might have headed down. Too far a drive for me!

 

I'm with two jeep groups and we always camp at "least' once a year in the area. I will post up next year and offer us a camping/trail run for TSF... And we do Naches as well...
Next year should be a blast too.
OK, Friday what time do we or can we meet up? I suggest as early as possible and we need to get ATV/off road stickers about 11.50 ea they are good for two years, and you can get them at the Gales Creek shell station about mp 43-46.. off hwy 6.

Sounds like a good time guys, man I love the trails at TSF. Wish I could join you guys this weekend, but I'm trying to sell the Jeep, that's all I need is to rip a fender off doing it, LOL!!! Anyway, have a great time and take some pictures.

 

How does 10 am at the Shell station on hwy 6 sound? It's just past the Bonanza restaurant about 15 miles west of Banks. I think that's what the restaurant is called now. That would get us there after morning traffic, and back home before afternoon traffic. Plus the gas station has the new trail maps that just came out. If anybody has any other ideas let me know. If you think we might be longer, then I'm ok meeting earlier in the morning.

 

Can we do 930am ? That would be best for me. I think I might run with the top off too. You can also obtain your ATV/ off road permit there.

I got over ruled by my co-workers. They wanted to meet at the McDonalds at around 8 o'clock in North Plains. But we can just meet at the Browns Camp staging area at 9:30 if that works with you guys. I just didn't know how motivated people were....
Two vehicles are trailer queens so it would take that long to get ready anyway. One of the guys is bringing his rig that he used to compete in 4Wheeler magazines Top Truck challenge in 2005. So it should be fun to see him play. And I do have a CB in my Jeep.
