Short notice run's
Hello all,
Looks like I am heading out to Evans creek tomorrow (with a couple of others). I will be leaving issaquah around 9 am to get out there by 11am or sooner. We will be doing the 520 trail. If you can make it just post or IM me for more information. You can pull up the trail map online but there have been a few changes made and it is not that accurate. I will be on channel 6 if you show and we are not at the lower entrance staging area.
Hope to see you there!

Hey,
The trail is about four miles and is considered more difficult but not extremely difficult. it has some tough areas but ultimately is very doable. I did it in my 2005 wrangler 4'' lift 33" 10.5 BFGs and made it with out any problems. I am doing it in a JK unlimited which I will only have to worry about a few tight turns.

I will agree it was a perfect day. Thanks to WOG for the recovery's my 2010 2D sport did pretty well for it being stock and myself being new to trail driving. I did suffer a little trail damage but nothing major. My front passenger fender has a bit if a droop to it and a few scratches on the rear fender as well. That being said things could have been much worse. I will definitely be running this trail again at some point hopefully with a lift and a few other mods when I do.
Can't wait to get out there with you when you get your rig lifted to see how much better it handles the trail. Thanks again for coming out.

I hear you it will happen in the near future. I have picked out the lift I will be getting as well as a winch. I have decided that bumpers can wait I was hoping to do every thing all at once. It will be close to the first of the year when I can pull the trigger but its creeping up fast. I will be chopping my bumper and fenders pretty soon in the mean time maybe in the next few weeks.
