Default Superchips and emissions

Hey guys, quick question..... Has anyone gone through WA state emissions with Superchips Flashpaq performance tables flashed into their computer? If so, did you pass? I'm going to pick up a superchips soon, so I am just thinking about when the time comes for emissions tests....

Yeah. I figure somebody tried it and potentially saved the rest of us the $20 that could go toward Gas, Jeep Parts, or beer right?

All the emissions place in Wa cares about is your gas cap, if your check engine light works, if your light has been commanded on by the ecu, and if the monitors have had a chance to run since the last time you've cleared the codes. Basically if your check engine light is off and you havn't cleared your codes recently you pass. There equipment isn't smart enough to know if you've modified the programing. The dealer has the equipment, and can tell even if you flash it back to stock, they can deny warrantee based on this.

Well, that's good to know. Considering the fact that I bought my Jeep used and the warranty probably no longer applies to it, I'm not too worried about that part...

Most jk's are new enough that they are not even tested. If I remember right, rigs newer than 5 years old are exempt.

Quote from SuperChips website:

"All Superchips tuning products for gasoline fueled vehicles are either covered under CARB Executive Order number or are in a pending state."

So maybe or maybe not.

Don't have emission testing in my county.
