Same here. Mine only "leaks" under rain when I open the doors. Then it's like I opened a dam and a waterfall pours into my Jeep.

Besides that it's very tight either with the hard top and the soft top. No water penetration at all.

One hint is to "wiggle" the freedom panels each time you put them back. This will help seating them on the seals. I droo the passenger side, wiggle it a bit and tight it. Then repeat for the driver panel. I notice both seat a bit deeper when I do so. Already went through heavy snow accumulated on top of the roof to heavy rain without a single drop into the cabin.

Mine did twice, early on when new. Both times it seemed the seals were compressed and I had to tighten the bolts and plastic headed bolts. Both times it fixed the issue. No leaks since.

This morning, after yesterday's big storm, I noticed that under my rubber floor mats the carpet in the front and rear is wet. The front driver and passenger are both soaked.

Would you guys agree, if I'm finding soaking wet floors in both the front and back on both sides that the leak I'm experiencing must be the fender leak described in the previously posted 'Leaks PDF' that Mopar released?

I'd think there would be a business opportunity here if someone could figure out how to solve all these leak problems...just a thought. Seems to be a lot of people complaining about this on the internet.

If it is the fenders leaking then they already have a fix for it. Use tape to cover the holes. Fixed! Are your rubber drain plugs still in the floor of the Jeep? Mine are removed so my carpet will get wet if I'm driving in really shitty conditions. Or maybe the water is just from opening and closing your doors.

Got home tonight after work and folded the carpet back to find multiple large puddles of water and soaked carpet and heatsheild material. Looks like it may be coming down the A or B pillar. Once the WeatherTech floor mats get here next week I may just leave the carpet out while the weather sucks. No sense in leaving the carpet in if I'll just need to keep drying it out.

The plugs are all there(atleast the front) but I have them out right now draining water. Jeep in the garage with the mats folded back airing out. Bedtred anyone?

Default Oh the leaky tops...

My 2010 JKU was bought back by Chrysler under California lemon law for leaking at the A pillars... Clearly I'm addicted to Jeeps so after a short stint away from the team I'm back and hoping for better results in a '14 Rubi... I'm pretty optimistic!

I guess on the bright side, I live in a very dry area of Texas...no rain in forcast...hardly ever.
So the dealership FINALLY called and told me that my replacement freedom panel was in. I tried to pick it up this weekend, but they told me that I needed an appointment...Really! So I made an appointment for today. Had the wife borrow he dad's truck and pick me up at dealership. I received a call after lunch that they had a problem. The freedom panel was not the correct one. I have a Sahara with freedom panels that match the body color and the panel they had was textured. Evidently they can't just repaint it? The service tech told me he placed the order for a new one, but didn't know how long it would take to get in. I think my jeep will be out of warranty before the part comes in. Lol. Is anyone else having problems getting driver side replacement freedom panel?

I had problems with water running down between my windshield and door to my door sill. I applied SIL-GLYDE on my door seals and it helped my problems. It only does this now if the door is open too long when it is raining.
