Been riding since I was in pre-k... BMX'd all thru elementary and middle school and cracked my face open in the 7th grade which stopped me for awhile... 34 now and been mountain biking for a few years...

JK's and mountain bikes go hand to hand! Got a bike rack on my JK for my Specialized hardrock. We have not so many good mtb trails in Puerto Rico.

 

Never knew there was a thread for Mountain Biking. Howdy everyone. I will have to back track and read every page but seems like there are a lot of DH riders here? I do more XC riding/racing. Bought a BMC TeamElite TE29 a few months ago and love it! Absolutely amazing bike even out of the box. Weighs in under 24 lbs. Also have a 21 lb Specialized Stumpjumper Carbon HT and a Cannondale road bike that sits in the closet collecting dust. Ill have to get some pictures posted.

There are some sweet bikes in this thread. I am starting to think about a carbon HT 29er but for now I am still riding my old Cannondale Rize 3 - love the lefty...
