Roger I figured why I was having an issue. Trying to get those skid bolts loose I had an allen wrench in my 5/16" socket and an extension for leverage. That cracked the socket (just found out). I got three of the d/s bolts out before either the socket wouldn't get it, or it rounded the bolt off. May be able to get a good 5/16" on it and get it off, or it may have just rounded it off.

Sorry about that Adam, didn't realize the socket broke with that allen wrench in it. First time I've used that Craftsman set so I didn't think to look at it.

I could not have done This without everyone's help! Thank you Mike,roger and randy!

As it turns out, my new shaft that I had built is a half inch too long! I am taking it to a driveline shop on Monday to get fixed. I will be back at randys tomorrow to install my new front axle shafts. See yall then!
