Default Squeaking in the rear after new gears

I am taking it back to the shop to take a look, but anyone have squeaking in the rear end after a regear? I went from 3.21s to 4.88s about a week ago and after 3 days a squeaking started. It sounds like it is either coming from a wheel or the diff. Any thoughts?

I was thinking that too, but they used a full install kit that included new bearings. Maybe I got a bad bearing? The Jeep only has 6k miles on it.

Maybe they forgot oil... Perhaps the gears aren't set-up properly...

Could maybe just be a backing plate touching the rotor. It's probably nothing major. If you said growling or whining that would be different.

No growling or whining which I would assume would be indicative of a gear issue. The sound is not a constant squeak, sounds like something warped where it squeaks faster as I drive faster. The sound continues in gear or in neutral as well, makes noise any time Jeep is in motion.

After a full day of troubleshooting it appears that the issue has been identified. The outer seal on the rear drivers side axle shaft was not holding causing a small fluid leak. It seems that the seal issue was caused by a slightly bent axle shaft. I have no idea how I bent an axle shaft on my D44, but it appears to be bent.

I guess I get to join the "I broke my D44 club". What's amazing is that I have a 30 in the front and it has 0 issues.
