Default Break in for new gearing?

Recently had 5.38 gearing installed in my JKU Rubicon is there a break-in procedure to follow with new gearing?

1. go real easy on the gas and drive your jeep unloaded for about 15 to 20 miles.
2. stop and let your gears cool completely.
3. try to drive nice and easy for about the next 250-500 miles and then change out your gear oil.

Its very easy, as simple as removing the drain bolt and letting the oil out then putting the drain bolt back on and then add new fluid. done.

Avoid cruise control; vary your speed occasionally.

Putting 5.13 in mine this weekend with a buddy of mine up in Ohio. Hoping everything goes well as I have a 550 mile trip back home afterwards. Anyone think that far of a drive will be an issue, the day after they are installed? Will drive about 20 miles before hand to test them out.
