Default Raptor Liner vs. Duplicolor

Ok, so lining the interior IS going to happen next week. I just need to know what product to buy. I have checked out the duplicolor kit at O'Reilleys and it seems pretty straightforward. Haven't seen the raptor anywhere locally. Which one is better??? Input appreciated.

I have used duplicolor in that past and it has always chipped.

Raptor liner is QUALITY stuff.

Cannot be put on the same level as other do-it-yourself kits. Its the same quality as rhino/line-x

Thanks for the info guys. Seems that raptor is the crowd favorite. Does it have a sprayer specific for it? Or can you use any old sprayer? Thanks

Yep, it comes with a specific spray gun in the kit.

It has a large bore open nozzle. The stuff is very thick. It comes out in a splotchy spray. Needs 60-70 psi.

I used a 6cfm @ 60psi compressor when I did mine. If you look it up on TPtools it gives the specs. The gun you use needs quite a bit of air because the stuff is so thick. You don't want to use one of those little pancake compressors, they won't give you enough volume to get an even spray pattern.

Great. I have never done any auto spraying before. I just took everything out and taped it off carefully first. The stuff comes out really thick so overspray is easy to avoid. For my 2 door, I sprayed 1 bottle for the first coat, waited an hour, then used a second bottle for the final coat. 4 bottles come with the kit so I still have 2 left if I ever want to do it again. So far after 1 1/2 year it still looks like new. This is the only pic I have:
