Default EVO Draglink Flip

*5/23 edit* my initial post didn't really list much information, so for the sake of clarity, I'm adding this. I had bought a PR44, and wanted a draglink flip kit to go with it, as I'm running a 4" frankenlift. The evo kit lists itself as being bolt on, and being that I don't know how to weld or have access to a welder, bolt on makes me happy. While initially I was a bit put off by some of the fitment, as well as having to replace a few of the bolts the kit came with, I have since wheeled with it a few times, and clearly it can hold up to the abuse I threw at it. However, the one issue I still have are my aftermarket quick disconnect sway bar links, made by JKS. I also bought a set of rough country links to see about fitting them, but that didn't work. I imagine regular type links work just fine, but since I don't have a rubicon, I was hoping for quick disconnects to still be able to work, since I had them working before installing the EVO bracket. So in the end, the issue is the EVO kit on a PR44 with quick disconnect sway bar links

I grabbed an evo draglink flip kit, since it was recommended by some folks I wheel with. I was happy to find out they made a kit specifically for the PR44. However, I went to install the kit over the weekend; not really too pleased. a ton of fitment issues, and even the u-bolt in the kit was barely long enough to be able to wrap around the tube. Who knows, maybe they sent me the normal kit and I just don't know it (the instructions were for the normal kit, so maybe?).

Either way, the biggest problem I'm having is the sway bar link. How am I supposed to reconnect the sway bar? Theres no where to attach it back on! Anyone out there know anything about this kit? Am I missing a part, or am I supposed to go sway bar less?

Do you have stock or aftermarket links?

aftermarket, but I don't think it matters; the hole that you would put it into has a bolt through it to secure the bracket, and its too short to put anything onto it besides the nut

My plan was to replace the bolt you are talking about with the lower stud that my JKS link slides onto. It's essentially a bolt, just has the stud end for the JKS link. Not sure what brand you have...

Also, in the AEV kit (which EVO basically copied) the stock links are moved up to a higher mounting location on the trackbar bracket.

I have the JKS, which dont really fit to begin with on the PR44; with the kit I would have to rotate it to the outside instead of the inside. Not sure how well that would work

so, to bump this back up. I know JKforum is full of folks who love evo, and who love prorocks. I can't be the only person to buy both. anyone know how to get a quick disconnect to work with this shit? pretty pissed in general at the sway bar issues, hopefully some folks can lend a hand. some pictures to show the quality of the fitment, and the issues I'm having

now, maybe it's a problem with my swaybar? Not sure if mines just out of line, but this is my temp fix.

would love to hear what other folks have done

Looks like the bottom pin should go the other direction, not sure if their would be room for the pin to fit in that space though. I do not have this set up so im just going off the pic. Not being much help for ya, good luck, hope you get it figured out.

I had the same issue with jks discos. I also was a little ticked at the attention to detail. I had to notch the pass side so that my disco would fit properly. Since then has been good

I know nothing on this set up, but what is the two flanges in the bottom of the bracket for? Looks like the two holes are inline with each other. Sorry I couldn't help man.
