What do you mean it will scrape off?

I used rust-oleum bed liner on mine. I just painted the face of the wheel, masked off the inside of the rim before I sprayed it on. Didn't use primer, just scuffed it up with sand paper. It is holding up great with no signs of peeling etc.

Ha I have noticed the same thing. I ran across plastidip on Honda forums a little over a year ago before I had the jeep.
I did have my wheels plastidiped before the bed liner just to see if I liked it.

Thanks! I used two and a half cans for all five rims if I remember right. Did them over a month time period because I didn't have much time to do it and it's a lot of time consuming work to do it right.
