Default Issue with a new u-joint on my rubicon express drive shaft... Anyone else?

So I have to replace the u-joint on my front drive shaft and now I am having an awful metal on metal grinding noise and a vibration at 45+ mph... The shaft is a RE1883-365 and I replaced the joint with a Spicer 5-153x..... Anyone have issues or know of what to do? I'm freaking out......

Have you checked or replaced your axle shaft joints? It's possible that the noise that you're hearing is actually coming from one or both of those joints.

I've been driving for a while without the shaft in. I drove from Florida to New York and then about two weeks without the shaft and ok issues or noises... Then all of a sudden when I installed the shaft I started getting the noise.

Like kj said, what's your castor at? These after market CV shafts do not play well with high castor and low gearing...
