Default Hardtop lift for Garage

Hey guys. Would love to see some of the things you guys have done in your garage for the storage of your hardtop when removed. Anything from just hanging it from the ceiling to a lift that will lift it off so you can drive out from underneath it.

I think for my doors I will use 4 hose hangers and hang them from the open windows.

Was also wondering about rain and security issues while around town topless and doorless. Is the bestop dustcover pretty good to have around for a quick rain shower? I know, I know, I just dont have the heart yet to let it rain in my 13 JKUR, at least until I've made a few payments.

Here is my top on the Racor lift and the doors on some HomeDepot ladder hooks. Both options are easy and safe.

As far as rain and security issues, I am not too concerned but I do keep my soft top installed just in case I need to put it up. Even in a heavy thunderstorm the top helps a lot even without the doors. Nothing beats flying down the highway in heavy rain with no doors on.

This what I did and it was painlessly easy. 4 U lags screws and 4 cinch straps. Took about 5 minutes to install and pulling the top was incredibly easy.

There are also many threads on home-made carts that will stand it upright if you don't want it handing from the ceiling.
