Default Rk adjustable track bar hem joint

i was a bit in the ? state of mind whenever i cut the tie strap on the axle end of my RK adjustable track bar to install because the hem joints fell out, im guessing thats why they had the tie strap there. anyone know why they are like this but the factory ones are fitted and dont fall out?? im thinking just so it can move around more easily?? also i seen that my kit came with some grease fittings for track bar and CA's but it doesnt say what the maintenance is on them, like how often should i grease?? thanks

The Heim joint on RK tracbar is completely different from your factory mount. Those pieces that fell will be locked into place once it is mounted.
The grease fittings on the control arms and tracbars I'm not sure if there is a minimum service interval but I give them a shot every oil change, way I look at it is clean grease can't hurt.

Looks fine. The only thing you could do differently would of been to have the heim joint straight but it can be difficult to do that and tighten the jam nut. That little twist shouldn't affect it movement at all.

Thanks, I had it straight but I guess it moved once I started driving my jeep.

I've had to re torque and adjust my track bar a few times. PITA to get the jamb nut tight enough.

thanks, ive gotten the jam nut as tight as i can get it and then just marked it to see if there is any movement, when i checked it today i seen the heim join like that and was just making sure that its not going to mess up or affect anything.

Check the nut on the opposite side. That's what caused mine to move.
