Default MC or EVO

I currently have 4" ProComp lift kit and have a 2" sag in the rear with no additional weight besides the spare tire. I am considering changing the coils and need anyones experience with either the MC or EVO springs. Thanks in advance!

So if I were to eventually add front and rear bumpers with accessories the Jeep will more than likely settle lower than 3.5 right?

I believe MC coils are rated at 3.5" lift loaded. So you should gain more than 3.5" w/o bumpers and winch but should settle to advertised height with them.

Metal Cloaks do run tall for their size, and don't have an issue with sagging over time. I'm extremely pleased with the MC coils. I have had the plush coils on my Jeep. They are smooth, but a little bit tippy in corners. The MCs handle way better than you would expect, and still ride smooth.

If you have the money, get a set of their duraflex arms. They flex unlike any other arm I've seen.

My friend has the 3.5 MC springs and got more like 4.5" but he's running really lite...just a spare tire and stubby front bumper

They are dual rate also so they are designed to hold the extra weight and not sag. EVO are linear so you have a greater possibility of seeing sagging issues. But I haven't seen too many people report sagging issues with the plush.

sorry that was with weight (bumpers and such) Also the duroflex arms wont give you any extra "flex"

So it seems that a dual rate in my eyes would definitely be the way to go.

Why wouldn't dual flex and give you more flex?
