What is this piece called? Seen it at jeep night and really want one but don't know what it's called... Any help?

The windshield is pretty small as is, not sure I'd want to make it even smaller my installing on one I these.

That's a custom wheelie fin. At about 64.5mph, the front wheels have liftoff
