Default Accessories and Brands

Looking into a few simple mods for my new Jeep to start...what are the best brands for grab straps, rear light guards, grill inserts, grill guards and rear bumpers (I like the matte black tube style)

I like the rugged ridge light guards and trek armour grabs. The TA grabs are a little pricey though. As for grill inserts, save yourself some money and make your own. There's a write up for it.

Looking into those now. What's better, the Velcro attachment or the ones that use existing factory bolts?

Velcro are for the front, the ones with grommets are for rear and/or headrests.

I wouldn't recommend them. It's been a year and mine are literally deteriorating. Be careful with Smittybilt, a lot of people on here replace the "m" with an "h"...

You're the second person to say that lol. What is a good brand for that style? I LOVE the look of the Smittybilt Extreme Sport Handles

I've thought about grill inserts but have a concern about overheating. Has anyone encountered that?

Poison Spyder offers really nice quality grab handles. Rebel Offroad also has a full set for the front and rear.
