Default JK Wandering on highway

Help please. My 09 Jk Rubicon wanders all over the high way. Background, with a 2.5 Tera Flex lift running KM2 35s on stock rims. New G2 Core 44 installed after accident that almost totaled the Jeep. New factory frame also. New steering box. Caster set at 3.2. Toe set at eighth inch. It wanders so bad at times that the ESP kicks in.
Any suggestions ?

Mine does two with a 2.5 lift up front. It feels like my front end is on ice. I have aev control arm brackets on my wish list.

I think stock caster up front is supposed to be 4- 4.2° positive.

I haven't checked out the G2 housings. They are not caster corrected?

As noted, stock caster is around 4 degrees. As you lift higher, the pinion tilts up, the caster goes down, and the steering gets flightier. If you want to adjust the caster, your options are: Cam Bolts, Drop Brackets, Longer/Shorter Fixed control arms, Adjustable Control Arms. There are pro's/con's, so do some research...

You can also play around with psi in your tires. That may help to some degree. I've noticed that mine (13' jkur 2.5" TF coil lift) wanders a bit more under 26 psi (Toyo 35x12.5x18 MT). Temps been down in the twenties lately so my tires dropped about 3 psi. I normally run 28.

Caster is definitely a little light... we shoot for 4.2-4.5 degrees.

Wide tires on narrow rims; what is your air pressure? Too narrow a contact patch on the front tires will cause wandering too.

Thanks to all for info. Replacing all control arms with Synergy adjustable arms. Then get it dialed in with more caster. I'll let everyone know if it fixes the issue.

You're going for all 8? At 2.5", one set of arms up front for caster adjustment is all you really need. If you end up with an aftermarket rear drive shaft, a set back there will allow you to set the pinion angle. The benefit of adding the other two sets is it allows you to move the entire axle forward/backward in the wheel wells. Shouldn't be needed at that height.
