Default is this jeep lifted? Need help fast !!!!

I am thinking about pulling the trigger on this the price is good mil;es are high and not sure if it is lifted the shocks look stock but he space above the tire to the wheel well is large these are 285 70 17 ties so the same as stock.. What can you guys tell?

From the pictures it looks like there could be a spacer puck.

Yellow Arrow - the spacer they are referring to.

Red arrow - that upper bumpstop extension says TeraFlex, correct? Should narrow down whose BB lift is on it...

Clearly has a spacer lift, looks like a 2.5 ", but it does look pretty clean down there from the one pic.

I also see a teraflex rubber bump stop. Looks like a teraflex budget boost. I Google the spring #, it is a stock mopar spring

High miles and that clean underneath? Th previous owner only drove his lifted JK through the cleanest of mall parking lots.

Fyi, And 285/70 r17 are not same as stock. Close in height but about 30mm wider (first number indicates width in metric sizes) second number is the ratio of the width to sidewall height.
So it's rated as 285mm wide and (285mm x .7) x2 plus the 17in rim tall... Or 32.7x 11.2 inches (actual height varies similar to standard)

stock is 255/75 17. Which is 32x10inches
