Default 2013 Jk handling questions

Alright. First off this is my 1st time owning a Jeep so I am new to everything about it. I bought it used and the dealer I got it from said it has a 3.5” lift and it has the Fox 2.0 shocks all the way around and 315/70r17 Mastercraft Couser MXT tires. My daily driver is a 2016 Silverado so my Jeep is just something fun to ride in with the family on nice days. The question I have is with the way it handles. When I am on the highway it seems to drive fairly good. Between 70-75 it does has some vibration and around 80 it is pretty noticeable. Around town though it seems to me that it will find and follow every single groove and rut in the road to the point it will kinda sling you around a bit. Is this normal for Jeep’s or is it something I need to have checked. I am gonna have the front end alignment done because it does pull to left some. I had a friend of mine to look it over after I bought it and he said everything looked good on it and everything seemed good and tight. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Post up your alignment specs when you get em. Many lifted jeeps out there are driving around with low caster. Do you have adjustable control arms or control arm brackets on the jeep? If your caster is low, raising that up again will make a big improvement.

Looked up that tire, looks fairly aggressive tread wise so I can see it reacting suddenly to road irregularities. Alignment will help but I suspect the tires on your Silverado are not as aggressive so track a lot straighter in town.

I will post them as soon as I get them. As far as the adjustable control arms or bracket I don’t know for sure.

yes they are pretty aggressive. They have about half tread left on them. The ones on my Silverado are Nitto Ridge Grapplers. So not quite as aggressive.

Take some pictures. Both ends of the front arms, steering components, any brackets on both trackbars, etc. Maybe we can help you figure out which lift you have and which components are/are not installed.

Here is some pics for you. I guess it is what you are needing. Some of the front and rear suspension.
