Default Anniversary Dinner

I'm looking for a nice place in the LA area to take my wife for dinner for our anniversary next week. She doesn't like seafood so that's out. Someplace nice but not tuxedo nice (we're Jeep people after all). Food quality is more important than the ambiance.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

By the way it's our 10th! I have no idea how she's put up with me for this long but I'm glad she has.

Flemings in the valley.... not the greatest , i would say if you want a good steak, cant go wrong with ruth chris. 94th has way cool location and atmosphere. i would say if you doing an LA night either osteria mozza on melrose which is the best italian food i ever had or ruth chris which you cant go wrong with thier steaks... well the price sucks but you know...

Congrats btw!!! and enjoy

Also , check out opentable dot com and you can see all the reviews needed and if you decide to do osteria mozza make sure you reserve it... now! lol

Good luck

Yamashiro's (amazing view, they don't serve just sushi)

The Grill on The Alley (@ Hollywood & Highland... cool manhattan vibe)

I Cugini (Santa Monica - Italian & good ambiance)

Chart House (PCH near Malibu)

My 10th some 30yrs ago, was at a mexican restaurant in L.A.
with live mariachi music,it was a night never to forget,
we were serenade all night long, the wife had hair that was long
and a dress that was to kill, we dance and eat all night long.

Congratulation on your 10th make this happen, a night to remember
I'm thinking The restaurant was El Compadre L.A. area

I second the Ruth Chris suggestion. My wife and I have celebrated each of our 5 anniversaries there. CANNOT go wrong with Ruth Chris!
