Default Brut4ce! gone 2 door now!

Sold my 4 door and grabbed a 2 door...
This little red jeep had NEVER SEEN DIRT......had really bad ball joints and caused a death. Wobb.e that freaked the lady out so she bought a new Honda and I snagged this $10.5k

So long story short I'm fabbing again and installing lifts and coming out with armor, arms etc with a buddy from tactical 4x4.
Brut4ce.com will be the setup and this will be my little work in progress....

I bought a miller 251, miller tig 140, miller spectrum. 375, a bunch of tools and got a jd32 hydraulic bender...trying to hammer a deal on a cnc plasma table as well....

Plans for this eventually will be stretched , and heavily modified but for now it'll remain built till I get the rest off the ground....

Was bone stock and girlie, now it has race line monster bead locks, km2 37s, hid's, poly ball joints, Terraflex 3.5" springs, c-gussetts, axle sleeves, ordered 6"+ red crowned brake lines stainless steel, removed rear tire mount, cut fenders.....picking up a d44 front this week and going g to build it up ARB, RCV, 5:13, sleeved, gussetted and all arm mounts beefed up. Then I'll Fab up all the steering and throw Reid knuckles on ....so till then I'll run under geared temporarily...

Did all the work yesterday.

What sort of parts you going to fab? It would seem there is room in the market for somebody in our area that makes Jeep stuff.

We will set up with vendors as well as be open to all of them and not biased by favoritism....they all have good stuff...so installs and supply will the name of the game and if it takes off then great if it stays small great either way I'll be back fabricating and doing what I love....

I've got am couple ideas in the process being modeled right now and will take so e time but will be a entity of its own for jeeps...

There are so many great things to make fabricating and setting up jeeps so easy that to try and make this gussets and brackets would be a waste of time they have it pinned...

Damn... you don't waste any time. Congrats on the recent developments!

What happened with the Bronco you were looking at? Glad you stayed Jeep either way.

Where you looking at setting up shop? Kind of nice knowing I have a neighbor that I can turn to for some of the welding jobs that I'm incapable of doing myself. I'll be hitting you up for sure. I'm all about throwing some of my business to a local shop, especially to a fellow wheeler. Let me know when you're up and running and ready for business. I'm doing Rubicon in July and would like to sleeve and gusset my D30 before I go.

I hesitated because I didn't want to redo the full hydro before getting it checked for California compliance, the buggy and tj both were supposedly smog legal I checked them out for Carb numbers or legality and NOPE....NOT LEGAL .

So he sold the bronco and I decided I wanted it last minute anywase lol....oh well this was a GOOD deal...

Just the clutch if your feathering it or if you have an auto it'll take its toll a bit on the tranny and can cause over heating from it struggling...
It actually goes better up hill then my 4dr with 5:13 and 37s....I was REALLY surprised can't wait to do the 5:13s here next week or 2......
