I just took mine to Perry because the Electronic Sway bar disconnect went out. They wanted to charge me $150 in labor to remove my "After Market" Mopar skid plate to access the motor to swap it out. I picked up the jeep and 5 minutes and four bolts later the skid was in the backseat. They changed the 1200$ part out no questions asked and even replaced the Rubicon decals on my hood because they were peeling. All in all i was pretty satisfied. The work was done quickly (right before 4Th of July weekend) and aside from the skid plate (which is still in the back) customer service was great.
