Good points. I know most phones can open and display PDFs, not all can open Excel files. The only problem is that it gets harder to update the list.

The way it is right now is good, just print a copy and take it with you . I was just thinking as an extra (backup) method, in case ones dog eats the list (just like the homework ).....oh, wait a minute, I don't even have a dog

Printing a copy is best anyway because you aren't always going to have cell reception...

I am near South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island for any mall crawlers that get high centered on a parking block.
