Emergency Contacts
I think this is a fantastic idea, but I noticed the link to the list at the beginning is broken. If anyone has a copy could you make it available. While it's not my preference to wheel alone, I would be lying if I said I have never done it.
You can add me to the list.

Nice to meet a forum member...in SD...that runs APRS.
Do you have any experience with any of the APRS messaging capabilities?

In the interum, I have just been using openAPRS app on my iPhone when I have reason to broadcast my position. ( That is limited to cell phone coverage areas, but does effectively map who else is around.)

Maybe it could be a thread with only one post, the contact list, it doesn't have to be tabulated as long as is readable, that way we could subscribe to it.

Not sure what the format was (I think Excel ?) but it would be nice to be able to see it from the forum's Android (or Iphone) application

I think the Moderator's would have to grant me some super power so only one person can edit it. It has been made apparent that this won't be made a sticky so I don't think it is likely. If you know of a format I can convert to to so it can be read on a phone I am all ears.
