Seems like link to list is broken or file no longer exists.

Is there a new file or location for the contact list?

I think the list should be updated to say something about "contact list applies only to on trails" situations. Otherwise people are asking others to break laws to help them out which in my opinion is something I won't likely do in the future.

Frank meant only on open trails. Someone on a closed trail needed help. They could have gotten in trouble for trespassing.
