What I'm saying is pick up a welder and do it for the price someone else is going to charge you.

PS: Yeah the 110 V. will work, but takes a little more time.
If you guys are looking at wire fed welders, get one that runs on 220v you'll find these unit have the power needed also combine with a gas this set up will produce some good welds The 110v unit is great for sheet metal work

HigherGround Fab shop in Sylmar. They do all my work. First rate and reasonably priced. Jim Cox runs it. Look them up on facebook, or to see an example of their work, click on my build thread below.

There's Off Road Evolution in Fullerton and Rebel Off Road in Mission Viejo. Both seem to have excellent knowledge and great customer service.

Quality fabricators in the OC area,,,,,,, Justin, in Cypress,, 714-209-6550. He used to work with Twisted tin sand cars. He does solid work and fab for reasonable price. In Huntington Beach,, Will Collins, 714-369-9230,,, Owns Nemesis off road. Ryan Cabrerra,,714-277-0319. When you see his portfolio,, you will not hesitate having him do work for you. He is on Facebook. Those are the three best guys I know in the OC. The man who did my complete 3 link suspension,, Kenny Lauter is in Highland,, 909-864-4465. Brian is in Orange and works out of a garage,, 714-390-7649. I hope these #'s help everyone in the area,, as well as give business to the local small outfits trying to make an honest buck without ripping off the consumer.
PS.... Off road revolution is for the man who does not care what he spends,, they are a rip off!!!!!

This is great! Thanks for all the leads! Evolution was a bit high. They wanted over $700 to do sleeves and gussets...

I use Scott @ jeep hospital. JeepHospital , Contact this guy knows his stuff. really well known in the big bear area and others.

he does really great work. alot of welds on my jk and tons of other jeeps jk,tj ljs and yjs. he can do everything!

best part is he mobile!

i had him even do my ring and pinion.

his welds are hammer tested!
