Oh, absolutely. I was just trying to keep the facts focused on what I knew for sure and that was my interactions with Mr. Personality.

I'm really in the middle on this one. If I were to run across that club again (Sans any Silver TJ), I'd greet them with cautious optimism. They were pretty quick to throw him under the bus and apologize on behalf of the club. I would think that sometimes it's not very easy to get rid of the bad apple. Assuming that they are a good group of guys, I hope they take a hard look at what they can do about this guy.

And to your point, would I go on a run with that club? .

Who knows what he thought. My opinion is he was probably the dude that set up this particular trip and that's why he was leadin. He wanted to show the rest of the group that he was the man and he could take control of the situation...the whole "fearless leader" complex. We know there were a couple of new 4x'ers in their group from what they said so he probably wanted to show off a little to them also. One of the funniest things is when he realized he fu#$%d up he walked up to woods I think to try and justify his actions. Now this was the first time I met woods so I could be wrong about him but I think he was about a split second away from dropping him right there in the snow. All I could see in my head in slow motion was a big snow brawl, which I'm ashamed to say I was down for

You know, WOLette and I have been talking about this and we both think this isn't the same guy we ran into as this guy looks to be younger and we're pretty sure that the TJ we saw wasn't stock... not big like mine, but definitely lifted. Of course, all this tells me is that this club has at least 2 separate leaders with charming personalities

Now that's just sad. Maybe the lifted TJ, is the mentor for the stocker guy.

And to find out that some "new guys" are hanging around the group. I hope they learned more from us, than they did from their "leader".
