Is Miller Jeep Trail Open?
Quick follow-up: From what I understand, the Bakersfield Trailblazers and the Point Mugu 4x4 clubs were out on Lockwood yesterday and removed/moved about 20 to 30 downed trees blocking the trail. I don't know if they made it all the way through to Miller, because one of their members lost his brakes and had a bad roll-over. Two people were hospitalized with injuries (broken ribs, surgery on hand, etc.) Don't take this info as Bible, because this is just what I'm getting off their Facebook pages, but I pray that the injured folks will be okay. Also, a big public thanks to these two groups for their efforts!
FYI: The Miller Jeep Trail opens this weekend. I won't be able to run it until at least the end of June, but I thought others might want to know so that you can plan a run.

Figures. Well, I can call the run for that date. Let me verify that Bullfrog is good with it.
