Any one know the dates for the 2012 EJS? What is the plan as far as meeting in Vegas?

EJS is March 31 thru April 8, 2012.

I don't believe any plans have been made in regards to meeting up in Vegas.

I would like to get out to the EJS this year. I've never been before and it sounds like a great experience.

How far in advance do you need to reserve rooms if you want to get a hotel? Or does everyone just camp?

If anyone has any tips or advice on getting out there I'd appreciate it.

Thanks,

Jeff V.

I stayed at the KOA campgrounds last year. I reserved my cabin about 2 months in advance.

Things are filling up fast, I just got denied at several places. Finally got a motel room but they only had two left. If you plan of coming you had better hurry and make some reservations fast.

Yeah last year I was able to get a cabin half the time and the other half tenting. See if they can work something out for you!
