I wanted to share a proud and memorable "Dad" moment I had with my 6 year old this week.

My youngest boy started Kindergarten this week. In his class room there is a big carpet that the kids all sit on for learning time etc. So when I dropped him off for his first day the teacher let the kids pick what spot they wanted on the carpet. My son picked this one.....

Ah, they start out so young...

 

My 3rd grade daughter did a collage last week to show her class about her life. There were pics of her Dad (my husband), her sister and grandparents. No pics of me (her Mom), but 2 pics of JEEPS. And NO, it's not cause I'm fugly.

I'm the one with the starbucks...the little one is the creator of the collage.

Thank you very much 33. I'm a country girl...definitely know the benefit of a good boot. I put up with a lot of whining from those girls about not getting to wear sandals on the trail!
