Dude I dont know you but whats wrong with Hemet they got houses to burn out there for cheap and pretty good services.

All Others... the problem with most of the properties I'm finding online... is that they're all short sales... and I don't want to have to deal with the negotiation process with the bank/mortgage company.

 

city-data.com has some good info for towns also, some towns will have more info then others
