Check him out too www.rwkhaussupply.com He works out of his garage in Yorba Linda so it cuts down on costs.

Another +1 to off road evolution. Did my lockers at same time. Great price and 5 years later and no issues.

I would try Evolution, both my buddy and I had our gears done at Rebel which resulted in damaged axle seals. My buddy went back and had them replace the seal but it's to far for my wife to go during the week so we had the dealer fix it. When we picked up our jeep(after hours), the Procal that we bought with the gears wasn't installed, so my wife had to pull off the freeway so my buddy could program it(his was programmed). I was going to make a stink out of it but I rather not do business with them anymore.

Hi Hilhop, Bond here, the owner of Rebel Off Road. I've read what you've said and find it very interesting. I'd love to hear more from you regarding your experience with our shop. I really do care about each and every customers experience with my shop. Please feel free to contact me directly 866-900-8841 (hit the number 0) and ask for me directly so that you can share with me exactly what your experience was. I'm not claiming we're perfect but we do strive to do each job 100% and I can only fix any internal issues if I'm made aware of a potential problem.

I sincerely look forward to heard from you. And hope that you call me.

Sincerely,
Bond

I can't vouch for work by rebel off road, have not had the time or money to re gear yet, well that the wife will let me use anyway. But I will say that every interaction I have had with the guys of rebel off road has been true professional jeepers. They put on one hell of a run and always have free koozies and plenty of knowledge, expirence and patience to ensure its fun for all. From my experience, when they offer to make it right they will. Will be the reason I go to them when ever I get a chance to re gear. Just my 2 cents.

Bump...Any updates on the gearing decision?

My wife's Christmas present to me is new gears before a New Year's Big Bear vacation.

Just waiting on a PM response from Rebel before scheduling with ORE. I also reached out to MIT on Kim's referral

Default How hard is it to regear myself?

I just bought a yukon kit front and rear with master install kits, I'm moderately mechanically inclined. Wondering if I can do this myself?

Update: I've been in contact with Rebel Offroad several times and, of all the places I've contacted, Taylor has been super helpful and patient helping me pick my gears and also help my buddy setup his lift kit. Looks like I'll be heading up next week to get my gears.

Just had mine regeared (4:56's) at 4WheelParts for $2K ouch, if you all are getting it done for half the price. The turn around was a day, which was very important.
