Jumpnt / Oside49er -Yup, home made Chile Verde is on the menu as well as rice and beans. Slow cooking it up tonight or tomorrow (need to go get some tomatillos) and will have it vacuum packed and frozen.
I have a dutch oven to boil water in for heating it up, but if there are other pots of water boiling somewhere, it will speed up the heating process. hint hint...

Please remember the pot luck!
It would be great if everyone could contribute to the pot luck I'm sure we'll have a ton of food but we'll have a ton of 
to wash it all down and thanks to Roger it'll already be chilled. All kidding aside please bring what you can and chime in if you will so we reduce all the duplicates.

I got through the first 29 pages and gave up
So sorry if you already said what you were bringing, please post up again, then I'll have Frank update the original post. I assume we'll need stuff like meat (and what are we cooking it on?), tortillas, fixins, sides, etc.
We can make it easy and ask everyone to provide their own plates and utensils--?
1. BlueMouse - Guacamole
2. Blonda - Chili-Con Carne dip/some chips (plus anything else that is needed)
3. Woody - Carrot mix and Corn and Flour tortillas (or frisbees)
4. jk gypsy - Quesadillas & Corn Salad
5. Jumpnt / Oside49er - Chile Verde
6. river2c - Chips & Salsa
7. onetanjk - Carne Asada (for 10)
