So I was thinking about leaving the super chips installed because of the TPMS issue but if its not gonna come up then I would rather reprogram back to stock. Technically I am illegally driving right now. My reg ended on the 22 and I mailed in my payment and it came back with Smog needed. I don't really have the time to fail this lol

You can leave the TPMS disabled with a stock tune. TPMS light is more of a safety issue rather than emissions, but it's better to be safe since you don't want to take a chance. They are only checking to make sure you're not polluting more than the legal limits. Cops won't be able to easily spot it until next month anyways, just don't give them a reason to pull you over

No problem . It's usually a good idea to return to stock prior to going to the dealer anyways. If the dealer flashes because of an update or something, it will overwrite your tune and your tuner will be locked. Tire size and tpms settings are fine.
I just read that someone had their programmer vin locked because they returned to stock but had tire size and TPMS changed and used a different tuner. You'd be ok at smog stations since they only read. When you go to the dealership they may possibly want to flash so you might want to restore everything to stock when going to the dealer.
Well just an update. I technically failed but didn't fail. I returned it back to stock the morning of the appointment and they called me and said that my computer didn't contain any information. He further explained that the battery must have been disconnected. I then told him about the super chips and apparently I have to drive the vehicle 50-100 miles and bring it back so they can pull information from the computer. So If going to your smog you must return back to stock and then drive 50-100 miles for the computer to contain the information they need.
