I even went to Ace Hardware and bought the black 1/2 end caps for the tube.

PS: The only pic I got when trying to figure out rear bump stop height.

 

Did synergy tie rod, drag link, rock krawler track bar, welded up more on the rear bumper, started on d44 axles with HD brackets, gussetts and getting the rcv's and ten factory axles ready.








Ground it down and painted it just till I start the rear stinger / tire carrier.
Doing axles this week so stretch and tire carrier will be put off a week or so...

 

Had c-gussets and front LCA skids welded on. BIG thumbs up to Travis (dhpinned) for a job well done on the welding!

Did the oil change with the tire rotation today.

Did some work on axles
Synergy c-gussets, sleeves, upper rear control arm mounts, welded in spring retainers rear, 3" bump extensions front.

This week I'll do the lower rear control arm mounts, raised shock mounts, front lower control arm mounts, synergy ball joints, track bar bracket, rear bump extensions and put them together and install...

All mounts are synergy heavy duty with skids

 

Took the front doors off for the first time

 

I just had a jeepgasm
