Installed some Jeep Swag. Dominion's Hi Lift mount simple to install and is up out of the way. Only draw back.......you have to have a 4 door. It also has an option of a bracket to carry your shovel and ax. Pretty cool......

One of the first mods we did. Up out of sight, we pretty much forget it it there, even with the axe, shovel, and jack base attached. How tough a time did you have threading the seat belt mount holes?

When I first started mine I just had a standard tap tool and I didn't want to remove the top for easier access. A trip to the store for a ratchet drive tap tool made all the difference in the world!

they also make socket adapters for taps so you can run them on drills. I use them all the time.

I haven't taken it out for a good drive yet to see if there are any rattles.... If there are I'm sure I can make some adjustments to quiet it down. Did you have ant rattling problems?

The only thing I hear is the ratchet bouncing lightly on the rail sometimes. No real way to silence it, and it isn't really that bothersome. I did end up adding a tiny bungee to the axe head, where it would tap against the shovel handle. I should get an axe head and shovel blade covers made.
