Thats turning out good Jimmy. I may have to look into these types of mods. I really like how it cleans things up.

 

Can you modify the truss? I personally would contact Artec directly and ask them for suggestions.

 

The Artec relication bracket is only $40.. Im sure you would be able to sell your Teraflex bracket fairly easy to help recover some of that cost. I would just see if you can modify the truss first. A small notch to clear the U-Bolt shouldnt effect the truss strength. Its going to be kind of difficult to do that because you already have the truss welded on right? Sorry I cant be of more help. Im not very good at doing my own work. Im still learning from everyone here and the couple of wheelin friends I have. Good Luck Freak. I'm doing Artec front and rear as far as track bars . Love the design and they are solid.

If you want to use yours mike go head and call me we can chop and weld....

I just found this bumper the other day and liked what I saw, could you give some close ups of how the tire mounts on the carrier? Did it ship raw or powder coated?

 

Same problem I had so I gave away my rear truss. Didn't know they had an adapter.

 

I think he's in Michigan (some people I guess don't see this thread is in SoCal) and had it installed at ACE.
